NATIONAL CONTINUES TO SLATE KING

Poor pay and conditions are behind the nursing crisis not the National government, according to MP Paul Hutchison. Health spokesperson for the National Party, Dr Hutchison says the government has got to stop blaming the National party for the nursing shortage. He says the health minister has had almost two years to address pay and conditions but has instead screwed down hospitals by only giving them $900,000 in this year's budget.
